Product Description

High-Performance Gothic Arch Multi-Span Plastic Film Greenhouse

The Gothic Type Multi-Span Film Greenhouse is an advanced agricultural structure designed to maximize land utilization and optimize crop growth environments. Featuring a distinctive gothic arch roof design, this greenhouse combines the structural stability of multi-span connections with superior light transmission and ventilation capabilities. It is an ideal solution for large-scale commercial farming, including vegetable cultivation, flower planting, seedling nurseries, and ecological tourism projects.

Specification

‌2. Key Structural Features‌
‌Gothic Arch Design:‌ The unique gothic-shaped roof allows for better rainwater drainage and snow load resistance compared to traditional round arches. The high ridge height provides ample vertical space for tall crops (such as tomatoes and cucumbers) and improves internal air circulation.
‌Multi-Span Connection:‌ Multiple spans are connected via gutters, creating a large, continuous interior space without internal columns. This design maximizes usable growing area and facilitates mechanized operations.
‌Robust Framework:‌ Constructed from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel pipes (zinc coating ≥275g/m²), ensuring strong corrosion resistance and a service life of over 15–20 years. The structure is engineered to withstand heavy wind and snow loads.
‌3. Covering Material‌
‌Premium Plastic Film:‌ Uses imported or high-grade domestic PO (Polyolefin) or PE (Polyethylene) films with a thickness of 0.15mm–0.20mm.
‌Functional Coatings:‌ The film features anti-drip, anti-fog, and UV-resistant properties, ensuring high light transmittance (up to 90%) while protecting plants from harmful ultraviolet rays.
‌Durability:‌ Designed to last 3–5 years depending on environmental conditions, with easy replacement options.
‌4. Integrated Environmental Control Systems‌
To ensure optimal growing conditions year-round, the greenhouse can be equipped with the following optional systems:

Key Configurations

Ventilation System:‌ Natural ventilation via top rolling windows and side rolling windows, allowing precise control of temperature and humidity.
‌Shading System:‌
External Shading: Reduces solar radiation and heat buildup during summer.
Internal Shading: Provides thermal insulation at night and light regulation during the day.
‌Cooling System:‌ Wet curtain and fan cooling system for effective temperature reduction in hot climates.
‌Heating System:‌ Options include hot water boilers, warm air heaters, or radiant heating pipes for winter cultivation.
‌Irrigation & Fertigation:‌ Compatible with drip irrigation, micro-spray, or hydroponic systems to save water and fertilizer.
