Greenhouse Structure
This tunnel greenhouse is newly developed by our company and has built sample greenhouse in our greenhouse park. It is mainly combined with hot-dip galvanized oval tube skeleton + High quality transparent PO film+ light deprivation system+cooling system+air circulation fans+misting spraying system etc.
Steel Skeleton Structure
All the steel material is hot-dip galvanized. The main skeleton is made of arch oval tube while with round tube as cross beams. With this structure it can increase the pressure bearing capability of the entire greenhouse.
Surface Covering Material
Use 150micron PO film to cover the main surface of this tunnel greenhouse. Its good light transmittance can well satisfy the crops sunlight needs. Use speical H-style Clamp/Channels with W-style special spring for film locking and fixing.
Light Deprivaiton System
The 100% light deprivation system combined with rack and pinion driving system with 3 layers of alumnium foil shading screen layers for totally blackout.
