Greenhouse Structure 

- hot-dip galvanized steel structure
The main steel skeleton can be 80*40/100*50/120*60/120*120/150*150mm etc. square or rectangle tubes. Complete
structures are hot-dip galvanized after welding. The life span of such processed steel skeleton can be used for at least
20 years.

Skeleton features:anti-aging, strong compressive ability, strong corrosion resistance and so on.

Covering Material

-80/100/120/150/200 micron high transmittance plastic PO/PE/PEP*EVA film with life span 3-8 years around.
In recent years the main film we usually use for the film greenhouse is the PO film. It is a new type of covering film developed
by Japan with excellent transparency and super tensile resistance, non-stick, anti-static effect, aging resistance and the ability
for fog dispersal. It has long service life at least 5-8 years.

Use speical H-style Clamp/Channels with W-style special spring for film locking and fixing.

Answer:Yes, we have a professional design team to customize greenhouse structure based on clients' local climates like regions with heavy wind, high humidity, heavy snow, much rain etc.

Question:What types of covering films are available?
Answer:We offer PO, PE, and EVA films ranging from 0.08mm to 0.20mm, with PO film being the most common for its durability. And for high light intensity region we can also supply light diffuse film while woven film for heavy wind region to avoid being torn apart

Question:Does the greenhouse include heating and cooling systems?
Answer:Yes, it includes optional heating, cooling, ventilation, and shading systems that can be manual or electric.

Question:Is there after-sales service for overseas clients?

What is the light transmittance rate of the film?
The covering material provides different light transmittance rates from 50% to 90%, depending on clients' request and greenhouse building area climate and temperature etc.

Answer:Yes, we provide free drawing design based on customer requests and professional advice based on local conditions. And for quotation phase we usually also have the simple sketch drawings provided together with our quotation sheet for our clients to easily understand our quotation

Question:What are the wind or snow load capacities of the greenhouse?
Answer:For our common design it supports a wind load of 0.45KN/M2, snow load of 0.25KN/M2, and plants hanging load of 12KG/m2. If for regions that have extreme heavy wind or snow conditions we shall customize our greenhouse structure to accommodate clients' local specific climate conditions.
