5.Maintenance
1).Hydraulic oil should be replaced after 8 months of product activation,Unscheduled replacement in the future depending on the number of uses and the degree of hydraulic oil contamination. When replacing the hydraulic oil, the inner wall of the fuel tank should be thoroughly cleaned, and foreign objects such as metal particles, cotton yarn, and fibers should not be allowed to enter the fuel tank.
2).The contamination of hydraulic oil must be strictly prevented, There shall be no other impurities such as water, acid or alkali in the oil, and no anti-rust oil shall be applied in the fuel tank.
3).If the solenoid valve is blocked due to foreign matter, the hydraulic system will malfunction,remove the electromagnet, unscrew the solenoid valve core with a long socket wrench, immerse it in kerosene and gently rotate the valve core to clean the stuck one. Foreign matter, gently pull out the valve core, check the exhibits and damage inside the valve sleeve, after handling, carefully install the valve core, so that the valve core can slide smoothly in the valve sleeve. Pay attention to maintain the original accuracy, and then put the valve together In the body, you can install the electromagnet.
4).If the operation platform falls automatically, check whether the emergency oil drain switch is loose, and if so, tighten it clockwise. If it is not, check whether the one-way valve seal is reliable, or check whether there is soft fiber in the oil that causes the one-way valve failure, use a socket wrench to screw the one-way valve out, if the seal is damaged, replace the seal, if there is a foreign body in the spool, clean the spool with diesel or kerosene, remove the foreign body and reassemble the spool and tighten it.
5).Non-professionals are not allowed to dismantle and repair oil pressure system parts at will. If you are not sure, do not self-repair, you can entrust our factory repairs.
6). he aerial work lifting platform should be kept clean. When not in use, should park in rainproof, prevent bask in, and ventilated and dry place
