Introduction
The double-beam arch-shaped greenhouse is also known as double-arch double-film greenhouse or double-layer beam steel frame greenhouse. It belongs to an upgraded prefabricated arch-shaped plastic greenhouse, different from the traditional single-round tube single-beam greenhouse. The core feature is the combination of two sets of double-layer arch-shaped steel beams inside and outside to build it. It is often paired with double-layer plastic film coverage. It is a mainstream facility greenhouse type between ordinary cold greenhouses and winter warm solar greenhouses.

Greenhouse Structure 

 Main Skeleton Structure: 
A double-layer arch beam structure (upper beam + lower beam) is adopted, with the two layers of arch frames arranged in parallel in an arc shape. The main materials are hot-dip galvanized oval or elliptical pipes, and the entire structure is assembled with screws, with less welding and convenient disassembly and assembly. There are two styles: one without vertical columns in the middle and the other with a few vertical columns. For large-span greenhouse structures, side vertical columns are generally set on both sides for reinforcement. 
- Outer arch beam: Supports the outer plastic covering and resists external forces such as wind and snow;
- Inner arch beam: Places the inner plastic covering and supports the insulation blankets;
- The two-layer arch frame is reserved with a 100-150cm hollow layer to form a static air insulation layer. 

Plastic Film as The Covering Material:
Greenhouse covering material use HIGH QUALITY 150/200micron plastic PO film. The plastic film has many better features, like anti-UV, anti-dripping, excellent thermal insulation, high strength and high light transmittance rate and so on

Insulation Blanket 
Different thickness and composition of insulation blankets can be choosen based on greenhouse building area climate and temperature. If for single beam tunnel greenhouse, this blanket will be covered onto the outer surface layer of plastic film directly. If double arch beam layer, then it shall be covered onto inside layer of the covering film.
Snow Vibrator
If in snow heavy area, such below snow vibrator can be well installed onto the arch beam of the greenhouse to help to reduce snow stacking on the greenhouse surface
