4. The frame is designed for welding of steel structure, and the  scissor fork structure is welded with thick - walled seamless rectangular tubes, solid and reliable.The scissor fork connection using oil-free bearing with excessive coordination, lifting process without sloshing and noise.The working platform is made of non-skid aluminum plate, with compact structure, safe and stable operation.
The forward and backward running speed of this machine can be adjusted, The lifting system is driven by two single acting hydraulic cylinders and powered by a miniature hydraulic power source.This machine can be stopped at any position to facilitate operation at different heights.
When the rail picker moving forward or backward, the working platform can be lifted and lowered at the same time.
 

• Safety operation rules

1. Automatic lifting picking car, the rated load weight includes the total weight of people and carrying items, do not overload;
2. The level must be adjusted before use, otherwise it can not be used;
3. Climbing and standing on the guardrail of the platform is not allowed;
4. Do not use the machine to lift goods or equipment. The machine is only used for carrying people and tools;
5. Do not push or pull the object outward when working;
6. Do not allow any load to touch the side of the lift  in case of accident;
7. When the lift is working, it is not allowed to stand under the lifting platform and It is not allowed to use ladders in the manned frame. There shall be no obstacles such as various types of wires and protruding branches in the working range of the lift;
8. Do not use this machine as the grounding wire for welding;
9. Can't tilt  the automatic lifting  picking car when working;When used in close proximity to high walls, the lifting height must not exceed the height of the high wall;
