1. Seedbed description and specification:
The main structure of greenhouse seedling bed is made of hot-dip galvanized mesh and hot dip galvanized steel and the material of supporting structure is hot-dip galvanized pipe.The frame adopts aluminum alloy profile, height of which can be fine-tuned.  Adopt of low carbon steel wire for seedling bed nets, produced by the latest model of large machine assembly line, the net surface is one by one single point welded by the welding head at the longitude direction. Specifications of movable seedbed can be decided according to the width of the greenhouse while the length can be customized according to user requirements.

3. Features

1. Manual drive, easy to operate and easy to move. The frame of the seedbed is made of aluminum alloy, and the steel pipe and the seedbed net of the bracket part are all hot-dip galvanized, which can be used for a long time in a humid environment.

2. It can move 300mm to the left and right, which can make the greenhouse use area reach about 80%.

3. There is a limit anti-turn device to prevent the tilt problem caused by the bias.

4. Aluminum alloy frame connecting parts and anti-flip hooks all adopt new type ABS material. The products have the advantages of high hardness, high strength and good glossiness, so as to avoid rusting when the ordinary connecting parts are used for a period of time.
5. The bracket connection adds a pull scale, which can be better fixed on the ground.

6. Effectively improve the utilization of greenhouse land, the coverage of seedbed can reach about 80% of the greenhouse area.
